AND ORDER OF BUSINESS
February 10, 2015 in the
Public Library Memorial Room.
Present:
Elected Officers - Mayor Ronald A. Frohne II, Trustee
Ray Patrick, Trustee Robin Moshier, Trustee Frances Hazelton, and Trustee
Warren Leonard.
Appointed Officers - Dayle A. Barra, Clerk
& Harriett Geywits, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer
Meeting
called to order at 6:02pm by Mayor Frohne, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
Motion to
waive the reading of and to approve the meeting minutes from 1/28/2015 by
Trustee Moshier, 2nd by Trustee Hazelton – all voted yes.

Abstract
#17 Funds: General $15,245.69, Water $1864.13, Sewer $4954.97,
Cemetery $100; total: $22,164.79. Motion to
approve Abstract #17 by Trustee Leonard, 2nd by Trustee Moshier – all
voted yes.
Ø January 2015 Report.
Registrar fees $10, check to Treasurer.
Ø Motion to adjust February 2015 DOT water/sewer bill to
reflect a minimum bill by Trustee Leonard, 2nd by Trustee Hazelton –
all voted yes.
Ø Motion to approve WTP/WWTP Power Generation Preventative
Maintenance agreement for both generators for 3 years in the amount of
$1041.64/year by Trustee Leonard, 2nd by Trustee Moshier – all voted
yes.
Ø Motion to approve use of Memorial Room April 25th
for a birthday party by Trustee Moshier, 2nd by Trustee Leonard –
all voted yes except Mayor Frohne recused himself.
Ø Motion to approve waiving fees for the Chamber of Commerce
Spring Park use to hold their annual summer concerts by Trustee Hazelton, 2nd
by Trustee Patrick – all voted yes.
Ø Discussed website ideas
for enhancing Clerk’s ability to regularly update the site.
Ø Discussed with the
Board the need for a commercial grade printer for the w/s bills.
Ø January 2015 Fire
Department report distributed.
Trustee
Moshier – FOIL
request from DEC received in office today. Gave Comprehensive Planning
Committee update.
Trustee
Hazelton – Followed
up with FCC radio equipment grants for Fire Department. Also, discussed
processes involved for commencement of a zoning amendment. Will contact the
Attorney for input and drafting legislation for the Local Law. The Mayor
encouraged the Board to familiarize themselves with the SEQRA review process
necessary to this.
Motion to
adjourn meeting at 6:59pm by Trustee Moshier, 2nd by Trustee Hazelton
– all voted yes.
