Present:
Elected Officers - Mayor Ronald A. Frohne II, Trustee
Ray Patrick, Trustee Robin Moshier, Trustee Frances Hazelton, and Trustee
Warren Leonard.
Appointed Officers - Dayle A. Barra, Clerk
Meeting
called to order at 12:03pm by Mayor Frohne, followed by the Pledge of
Allegiance.
Motion to
waive the reading of and to approve the meeting minutes from 12/9/2014 by
Trustee Moshier, 2nd by Trustee Patrick – all voted yes.

& Agency $82.64; total: $14,533.64. Motion to
approve Abstract #14 by Trustee Hazelton, 2nd by Trustee Leonard – all
voted yes.
Ø Paraco authorized a
credit to WWTP/WTP accounts to honor the bid price for Otsego County
municipalities.
Ø Dan Patterson zoning
change request distributed to Board Members.
Ø ZEO report distributed.
Ø Profit & Loss and
Balance Sheet distributed.
Treasurer notes distributed. Motion to authorize the following transfers
by Trustee Moshier, 2nd by Trustee Leonard – all voted yes.

adjourn meeting at 1:26pm made by Trustee Hazelton, 2nd by Trustee
Leonard – all voted yes. (Trustee
Moshier exited the meeting at 12:55pm.)
