the dog was dropped off in the Village for Mr. Yerdon to tend. The Town Clerk,

Mrs. Mary-Jo Furner, Mr. Dan Meehan and Mr.
Chuck Furner attended the meeting due to the water damage to the driveways and
street flowing from Village-owned property in Cary Park. Photos were submitted
to the Clerk depicting the magnitude of the destruction. Ideas were exchanged
for repair and DPW Superintendent, Bill Collins, suggested piping
reconstruction to redirect flow. The Board agreed to allow him to proceed as
the cost at hand would be about $350. Mr. Meehan ultimately thinks flow of
surface water should be diverted to Walnut Street to the river.
Mrs. Cindy Klemm commented her hope that
diverting water flow from Cary Road to Walnut Street would not remedy the
problem there and create another problem elsewhere.
