AND ORDER OF BUSINESS
October 14, 2014 in the
Public Library Memorial Room.
Present:
Elected Officers - Mayor Ronald A. Frohne II, Trustee
Raymond Patrick, Trustee Robin Moshier, and Trustee Frances Hazelton. Not
present -Trustee Warren Leonard.
Appointed Officers - Dayle A. Barra, Clerk
Meeting
called to order at 6:00pm by Mayor Frohne, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
ZEO reported to Board members.
DPW
Superintendent Bill Collins – Motion
to authorize bid advertising for new plow and changeover spreader and wing by
Trustee Moshier, 2nd by Trustee Hazelton – all voted yes.
The Mayor inquired about the water leak at
Lucille Coppola property on 263 Main Street. The Mayor will follow up on this
matter.
Fire
Chief Tom Hallock – Radio
system will be replaced and housed at the Water Treatment Plant. No grant from
FEMA this year.
Senior
Department Head Chris Butler – Updates to the Board. Suggests sludge rate be
increased to $.10/gal in the coming new year.
Motion to
waive the reading of and to approve the meeting minutes of 9/24/2014 by Trustee
Hazelton, 2nd by Trustee Patrick – all voted yes.

#9 Funds: General $33,577.08 Water $5686.21, Sewer $7797.05,
Cemetery $134.50; Total: $47,194.84. Motion to
approve Abstract #9 by Trustee Moshier, 2nd by Trustee Hazelton – all
voted yes.

Property
Tax Collection, to date, $527,594.27.
Ø
September
2014 clerk fees $27.00, Registrar fees $10.00. Treasurer received check for
total.
Ø
Motion to approve ZBA
members to participate in NYCOM’s webinar series as presented for a fee of $50
a person by Trustee Patrick, 2nd by Trustee Moshier – all voted yes.
Ø
Motion to approve
selling lot 18E in the old section of Lakeview Cemetery per request by Joyce
Astheimer by Trustee Hazelton, 2nd by Trustee Moshier – all voted
yes.

Motion to approve
purchase of John Deere lawn tractor for Cemetery for $2912.46 per quote as submitted by Bryan Coones by Trustee Moshier, 2nd
by Trustee Patrick – all voted yes.

2014 Fire Department Report on file.
Trustee
Moshier – Shared
ideas on financial reporting, internal audit, A/R, and signage permits. All to
be discussed at future meetings.

adjourn meeting at 7:42pm made by Trustee Hazelton, 2nd by Trustee Moshier
– all voted yes.
